Refund policy

Most returns of Internet purchased fabric are the result of color representation. Please be aware that color displayed on the Internet can vary by the settings and lighting of your monitor. Therefore, we urge you to order a sample ($10.00 includes mailing) of any item you are interested in prior to making a purchase.

Refunds Are Not Available For:

• Special Order Fabric or Wallpaper

• Products returned without first receiving return authorization from us within 14 days of your receipt.

• Products that have a return post mark after 21 days from date of your receipt.

• Swatches / Samples

• A product that has been cut or otherwise altered from it's original condition while in your possession.

• Shipments to destinations outside of the United States, other than the exceptions listed in the paragraph applicable to international shipments below.

Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of product receipt after satisfactory inspection for original condition. We will communicate the refund to you at that time.
