Every sale is a final sale. American Decor does not accept returns or exchanges. Orders may only be cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation window described below.

Color Representation & Fabric Samples

Most returns of Internet-purchased fabric are the result of differences in color representation. Please be aware that colors displayed on the Internet may vary depending on your monitor settings, screen resolution, lighting conditions, and other device settings.

For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering a fabric sample before purchasing a larger quantity. Samples are available for $10.00, including mailing, and allow you to evaluate the actual color, texture, pattern, and overall appearance of the fabric before placing your order.

By purchasing fabric without first ordering a sample, you acknowledge and accept that the color and appearance shown on your screen may not exactly match the actual fabric.

Differences in color, shade, texture, pattern, or appearance between the product shown online and the actual fabric do not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind or no longer needing the product

• Ordering the wrong product, color, pattern, or quantity

• Ordering more fabric than needed

• Color or appearance differences between the website and the actual fabric

• Differences in texture, pattern, or feel

• Customer preference or dissatisfaction with the product

• Incorrect measurements or quantities ordered by the customer

24-Hour Order Cancellation Window

We want you to have use, joy, and love with your purchased items. If you have second thoughts or realize that you made a mistake when placing your order, we happily offer a 24-hour window to cancel your order from the moment the order is placed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at info@americandecor.us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Once the 24-hour cancellation period has expired, the order is considered a final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except as specifically provided in this policy for damaged, defective, or materially incorrect items.

The 24-hour cancellation window does not constitute a general return or exchange period. It is provided solely to allow customers an opportunity to correct an ordering mistake or change their mind shortly after placing an order.
